Technical Advisory Committee

The Chairman of the T.A.C. evaluates all requests for instructor, studio, or individual rank certification and approves or denies requests based on the individual's qualifications.  Then, the Chairman or the T.A.C. coordinates the activities of the T.A.C. members in continuously maintaining Grandmaster Hwang Kee's standards of excellence after certification is issued.

The Technical Advisory Committee is structured based on the concept of Neh Gong Bu, Weh Gong Bu and Shim Gong Bu ("Bu" means section/department).  This structure was deemed appropriate for accomplishment of the Committee's future purposes.  Members of the T.A.C. are appointed by the Kwan Jang Nim.
